Description of Ula (Unterlagen App)
The Documents App – “Ula” for short – is an app from Ostwestfalen-Lippe-IT (formerly krz) and is intended to enable paperless communication between citizens and authorities. The app user can photograph documents or upload existing documents. By using a QR code as a starting point, the user is offered the opportunity to carry out future communication digitally via the app - from anywhere, at any time.
